“After a rear-end car accident, I decided to see Vincent at Catalyst Physio, and I’m really glad I made that choice. Right from the start, he listened to what I was going through and created a treatment plan that fit my injuries and recovery goals. I’m happy to say I got the results I wanted. My pain went down, my mobility got better and I could see progress every time I visited. The one-on-one care was great. Vincent was attentive, knowledgeable and truly cared about helping me recover. I never felt rushed, and each session focused on what I needed that day. What mattered most to me was that Vincent listened to my concerns and changed my treatment as I improved. “I’ve worked with several physiotherapists over the years as a former military member, and Vince stands out as one of the best. I initially came in with an MCL injury, and from the first appointment I experienced noticeable relief. Within a relatively short period of time, he had me back to near-normal function. Vince is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to clearly explain both the injury itself and how it impacts overall movement and recovery. The app he uses to support treatment and track exercises is also excellent and helped keep me accountable throughout the rehabilitation process. “I have been seeing Alma for my physiotherapy appointments, and honestly she has been amazing throughout the process. She is very kind, patient, and professional, but what stands out the most is how genuinely caring and understanding she is. She takes the time to listen to all your concerns and advises accordingly. Physiotherapy can sometimes feel stressful or uncomfortable, but Alma has a very calm and reassuring nature that makes the experience much easier. She explains things well, checks in on how you’re feeling, and makes sure you are comfortable. Really grateful for her support and care. “Vincent was able to correct a long standing problem I have had with my back that's left me in quite some pain on and off for a long time; even after seeking multiple therapies to try and relieve my pain. He personally tailors your program to your problems specifically and will add or change things up as needed .I had some pain come up with my shoulder and he helped me correct it right away which immediately improved my comfort.
