“I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this office, until today. All over a note. Sometimes they are free and sometimes not. There is no consistency. Today I got the note and was told I was all good. So I left. Only to be called right once I got in my car. The receptionist was rude, and made me feel belittled. I don’t like being treated with disrespect. I have no issues paying for my note. My issue was with how this was dealt with. “I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a pharmacist named Bija/bedga however you spell her name. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about medication, and I told her my dentist advised something other than what she was saying, she got mad and told me “why’re you asking me then?” Ummmm maybe because it’s your job? She gave me attitude, walked away while I was still speaking, and then talked about me behind the counter with her co-worker, showing no respect for patient confidentiality. When I confronted her about her behavior, she told me to “just leave,” which was shocking and unacceptable. I have been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years and have never been treated this poorly. This level of incompetence and disrespect should not be tolerated in a healthcare setting.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been a patient at this clinic since 2021 under the care of Dr. El Mestiri and I feel the need to share my positive experience these past few years for anyone who is interested in visiting this clinic. Let’s start off with the fact that I’ve moved out of town and the clinic is now an hour away from my home, yet I’ve refused to switch doctors as I believe that I couldn’t find a better doctor than Dr. El Mestiri. He is kind, understanding, empathetic, compassionate, AND can make me laugh to cheer me up when needed. All of those qualities are great, but the most important part I feel the need to share is that he GETS STUFF DONE. I’ve seen many doctors in my life, and since I’ve found Dr. El Mestiri and his team, I cannot even think of moving clinics. His receptionists (shout out Nedaa for always taking care of me too) and the rest of the care team have been beyond exceptional. If you want to go to another random walk in clinic where they flake you off, ignore you, push you out the door, don’t follow up, and show that they just don’t care…. then be my guest. But if you are interested in more than just the basic treatment a doctor’s clinic can give you, you’ll be in good hands at CMWC. “Our family doctor is Dr. Howard Yan and is very courteous and professional, very accommodating, and polite in answering questions. Generally, gives us good advice on taking good care of our health. Their receptionists were very friendly and professional; however, I find it very tedious when it comes to telephone booking or contacting them as they do not have direct lines. Their telephone connecting options are long and a bit confusing as there was a skip in the number series. So, you need to listen very carefully to get it the first time because if you did not, you might have to repeat listening again on the teleprompter. You usually wait at least 3 minutes before you can get connected to his receptionist and then be put on hold again for another 5 minutes or more depending on your waiting line. I would probably give them a 5* if they have given me an option to give me a call back or stay on the line and not to be force to stay on the line and to wait for the receptionist to finish talking with another client.”Read moreShow less
