“Cassandra is an excellent nutritionist and I had a wonderful experience with her last year. I was recently vegetarian and she talked me through all that I needed to know to be at my healthiest. I signed up for a package of visits which was really helpful - you can't get all the info you need in just one or two visits; I was actually surprised about how much I didn't know! Also you need time to apply the changes that you're making and discuss any pitfalls and what is working and possibly what isn't. She is friendly, professional, personable and very reachable. We used hand outs and an online app and I felt very guided the whole way. Just a lovely woman and a great experience.”
