It has been three summers consecutive & my kids got to carrefour multisport. They are not only enjoying it, they love being there. All trainers are kind & nice & helpful.

This review is mainly based on the gym and its facilities. While the gym has all the essential machines, the price is quite high for what you get—there are other gyms that offer better equipment for less. There are also several maintenance issues. The roof leaks frequently, and the men’s changing room often has equipment out of order. The parking lot is poorly managed, with people parking wherever they want and spaces that are too tight or impractical. The staff are nice and friendly, but after three years of working out here, I ultimately decided to cancel. Overall, the cost simply doesn’t match the value provided.

We have such a positive experience with my daughter’s fitness coach Will. From the very beginning, it was clear that he genuinely cares about my daughter and the kids he works with, not just in terms of physical fitness, but also their confidence and overall well-being. My daughter has grown stronger, more coordinated, and much more self-assured since starting her sessions. The coach does a wonderful job of making workouts fun and engaging while still teaching discipline and proper technique. He is incredibly patient, encouraging, and always takes the time to ensure each child feels supported and included. What stands out the most is how much my daughter actually looks forward to her sessions. It’s been amazing to see her develop such a positive attitude toward fitness at a young age. I’m truly grateful for the impact this coach has had and would highly recommend him to parents looking for a supportive, knowledgeable, and inspiring fitness mentor.

many facilities .Nice Gym. If you are looking for info on price. Their monthly plan is around 100$ which has gym and swimming pool...if you want tennis court its extra around 40$ per hour...badminton court hourly rate is around 20$. To play badminton or tennis if you want to bring your partner, that partner needs to be member as well. for complete info contact them directly. This is just for an idea of pricing if you are wondering.

Coach Will is extremely professional and always pushes me to give my best during every workout. Thanks to his guidance and motivation, I’ve improved my strength and stayed consistent with my training. Thank you Coach. 💪🔥

I started doing CrossFit only to improve my appearance, but I ended up staying because Coach Will makes me work like a beast in every session! His approach goes way beyond just routines and proper technique. He inspires you to become a more focused, disciplined, and better version of yourself, all while having fun and building a real sense of community. I’ll be honest… I still look like the product of an alpaca and a chimpanzee on my best days. But I feel like a King when things get rough, and I have a lot to thank Coach Will for in terms of transmitting that mindset and pushing me hard every single time. I definitely recommend booking a session with him!

UPDATE Thank you carrefour Multisports !!! Management followed through with renovations and a new studio floor. The studio looks amazing! We were also well taken care of during the renovation process, and they made sure all our classes continued without interruption. Thank you for listening to members and taking action. The staff remain incredible as always — truly appreciated *************************************** I’ve been a member for a long time, and unfortunately, the gym’s condition has been getting worse. There’s often water leaking from the ceiling and puddles every time it rains. The bathrooms are frequently out of order. The employees are amazing and always kind, but it’s clear that these problems are beyond their control. Management really needs to step up and address these ongoing maintenance issues. The 2 stars are only for the employees ONLY

Part 2 of 2. See "Kurt Caro's 2 star review" Continued... All I'm asking for is clarity and consistency with the scheduling that's available online. When the gym is supposed to be free—make sure it's open and readily available. I'm happy to figure out my schedule around time blocks that appease membership demands. This is a very simple fix, and I hope they take this note seriously. 2. The maintenance of the court, net, and hoop is an afterthought at best. The staff and owners clearly don't care about the basketball court because I'm sure it doesn't bring them as much money as what the space can potentially be converted into and used for. I understand that, as a business owner, maybe there is untapped potential for pickleball courts or workout classes on the basketball court. However, last I checked, the basketball court is a feature that is still offered to its members. The maintenance is horrendous. Every once in a while, the mesh attached to the hoop will begin to tear, break, hang, and fall. It takes them around 1 month to change a mesh that's hanging on from two hooks. This takes a concierge or staff member 5–10 minutes to change. Nets are super cheap and can be purchased in bulk. Why does it feel like they're being cheap and lazy about changing a mesh when the cost is so minimal? When I first joined, one of the hoops was dangerously loose. All it was missing was one or two bolts to fasten the rim. It took them MONTHS to get this done. I could have purchased the bolts at Home Depot and screwed them into the frame myself in one afternoon. Now, as I write this, the far rim is bent upwards at a very steep angle. It's essentially unusable. It's been like this for months now. Again, another easy fix and part of regular maintenance and wear and tear. Why do these easy fixes and adjustments take forever to be rectified when they cause so much grief for players enjoying the court? If you're running a marathon with a pebble in your shoe, you're going to stop and remove it—not continue running in slight pain and discomfort because you're too lazy to untie your shoe and remove the pebble. This is the same mentality that is applied to these small repairs. Very low effort will bring great joy to the members. Instead, we feel as though no one actually cares enough since the “money” isn't being printed by the basketball court. To summarize, this review is entirely concerning the basketball court. I'm not asking too much by asking for clear scheduling and accountability from the staff when they make mistakes. Why do I feel unwelcome and like I'm bothering the empty court when I show up? I pay my membership just like everyone else. You would be frustrated too, showing up to the basketball court when it feels like I'm playing Russian roulette with its availability. Just make it clear for its members. It's not complicated, and this responsibility can be given to a level 1 employee/staff member to check the scheduling. At the time of the writing, there are 3 active schedules (two posted on paper near the court and one online). They are all out of sync and offer different hours. Please take pride in your services offered. If you offer a basketball court, please maintain it and repair as needed—or just don't offer it at all. I don't write reviews, but I'm hoping this one will get heard because I love this place and I want it to flourish. This review is meant to be constructive, with room to improve. I will happily edit this review or remove it. I'm just asking for the minimum here: accurate scheduling online and general maintenance.

Love this place EXCEPT: I can almost never get a smoothie after a workout. The lady at the restaurant is always prioritizing beer drinking customers which is fine but always just says NO for smoothie, not even wait my turn. So this is really deceiving. It’s a SPORTS place. Please make a smoothie stand ! I shouldn’t beg her every time

Beautiful place ! I went there a few times. They have everything you need to workout, do a sport. Coach Jessie is amazing if you want to try boxing classes or privates. The gym is nice too. I love the Sauna, cold baths they really have everything. FYC also a nice place to try hot yoga. They start their classes a bit later than on the schedule but it’s very nice.
