Carmen blends incredible skill with deep intuition. Her background in osteopathy, reflexology, cupping, and homeopathy means every session is tailored to what your body actually needs. Here’s the thing: if you prefer deep pressure or have specific areas needing attention—just ask! Carmen is always open, responsive, and even has some magical tools in her toolkit to support deeper tissue work when needed. Over time, she’s come to know my body so well it’s like she speaks its language. She offers thoughtful insights, gentle guidance, and even helpful “homework” to support healing in between.
