“I have been seeing Carmelle for the last year and she is someone I trust immensely to help guide my health and well-being. She supported me throughout my entire pregnancy from very early first trimester and now into postpartum. Carmelle is incredibly skilled and intuitive, and also very grounding, supportive and soft in nature. She is intentionally and authentically curious about your life and the ways she can help bring a sense of balance through acupuncture and other treatments. She supported me for everything pregnancy related from morning sickness, digestion/irritable bowl symptoms, leg cramps, high blood pressure, aches and pains, hormonal/thyroid support and more. I found immense comfort in seeing Carmelle often throughout my pregnancy as she always brought me so much relief and nurturing when I needed it most. When I found out that she offers birth support, I knew I wanted her to be apart of my birth team as I planned for a home birth and wanted additional pain management. I cannot express enough gratitude for how much Carmelle helped during my labour and delivery. I felt at ease knowing she was on call for me and she offered me a highly effective induction treatment to get things moving along. She then attended my birth later that day in which she continued to offer induction treatments to continue moving baby along and encouraged me with pain management through acupuncture and hands on support. It was a blessing to have Carmelle there for the birth of my son, as both my partner and I felt very respected and peaceful in our birth space. She was like an acupuncture ninja- providing treatments and healing without interjection to provide my partner and I the opportunity to connect and celebrate in the moment as a new family of 3.
