“I can’t comment on the actual therapy due to not receiving it. Carly was recommended to me by someone else in this profession. I had an appointment but needed to wait several weeks to get in which I understood. The day of was snowy and unfortunately she had to cancel a few hours beforehand which I understood. I then tried to rebook but was unable to due to her not taking new clients. My issue here is that after I texted within 10 min of receiving the cancellation, then both a follow up text and a voice message, I still haven’t heard back. This is disappointing cause all that I wanted was a simple yes or no.”
