“I just wanted to let you know I have been going to Carlisle Physio for a while now and I am very happy. Everyone is kind and helpful especially my therapist. He takes time to listen to what I have to say and is understanding whenever it is Abad feeling happening. I Highly would Reccommend that you give them a try. “Three weeks after knee replacement surgery, I started at the Carlisle clinic with Patrick. I was immediately struck by the welcoming feeling by all staff members that I met. After an hour long assessment, Patrick was thorough in his explanation of where and how he was taking me in my rehabilitation. Each time I was there, he both relaxed the muscles and strengthened them all the while with positive comments. He showed me new exercises to add to the ones I was already doing at home which helped with my speedy recovery. I did not need a cane after my first week and with the exercises I was also doing at home, I was walking with very little difficulty, if any. Both Patrick and the staff at Carlisle were professional, kind and fun to be around.
