“I joined the OSI clinic close to a year ago. At first, I was hesitant because of past experiences with other organizations that weren’t very comfortable or helpful for me. After being at this clinic for a long period of time, I can honestly say I 100% recommend it to anyone who needs support. I’ve worked with most of the staff here, and every single person has been great to deal with. From the people at the front desk to the therapists, everyone has been extremely helpful and genuinely cares about your well-being. Once you join the clinic, you have a lot of options available to work on your recovery, learn more about yourself, and understand what you’re going through. You also get the chance to connect with others who are dealing with similar challenges. For any Veterans, RCMP, first responders, or anyone else who feels unsure, I can say this is a decision you won’t regret. I hope someone reads this and feels a bit more comfortable taking that first step toward getting better.”

“Canadian Armed Forces Vet, did 15 yrs. This clinic practises trauma informed care, and really gets the subpopulation of veterans. Aside from being inside a super busy mall, the clinic setup and the staff are excellent! They have helped me navigate the complex world of VAC navigation, application and most importantly the tools of healing. I will never be back to 100%, but with their help, and support, i can live and maybe even thrive again. Talk to them, dont be scared. Took me 4 yrs after release to get here. Much thanks to the front door staff and especially the clinical team. 💔⏭️💗”
