“Kamal and Maribelle were absolutely incredible. They kept me informed every step of the way, explaining everything they were doing and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and well looked after. They checked on me constantly to make sure I wasn't in pain and were so kind, compassionate, and attentive the entire time. Their care made a stressful experience so much easier. I honestly can't imagine going through this procedure anywhere else without the level of care they provided. They are incredibly professional and genuinely caring people who are exactly where they belong. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me.”

“Dr. Warsi wouldn't do phone appointment with me a person that suffers from autism and ADHD, made some nonsense about their policy and closed my file, told me to see my family doctor and ask her for a doctor that will do phone appointment. They caused me to have an anxiety attack instead of helping me.”

“I had my firs t IUD inserted last week by Mirabelle with assistance from Naomi. They made an extremely uncomfortable experience so much better. It is not a fun procedure but both Mirabelle and Naomi were so kind and supportive. Mirabelle did not rush through anything and allowed me as many questions as I wanted. Naomi held my hand through the procedure! I am so grateful for their expertise and bedside manner!”

“Forget the Google ratings This is a fantastic facility offering top notch psychiatry services ... The facility is new has all the modern conveniences. I was able to find help for my mental health through this clinic... Friendly reception and fantastics doctors and psychiatrist. Been going here for more than 3 months for treatment”

“Exceptionally frustrating experience overall, in both Mental Health (OSP) and matching to a family doctor (ACPM). Zero stars as they couldn’t be bothered to show up for scheduled phone appointments multiple times, or return my voicemails or emails when I tried to follow up to reschedule. Their mental health services use only CBT—instead of telling me this modality was the only option, they lied and said “start here and we have other options”, only to find out two months later that the “other options” were a generic list of other services that provide mental health support. They refused to email me a referral to a local family doctor for over two months, despite promising to send me a local option within the first week. Instead the focus seemed to be on making phone appointments with me, only to refuse to call at the scheduled time. Each person I interacted with was overall exceptionally unhelpful, causing additional stress and delayed my access to care instead of resolving anything. The cherry on top is that they now have a security breach of client data, so now I have sensitive data leaked and zero help gained.

DO NOT TRUST CAREPOINT!!”

“The 5 stars are for Dr. Warsi. Dr. Warsi is a great man and took extra time to make me feel thoroughly understood. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, but he told me what I needed to hear. Thank you for helping me begin this next leg of my health journey. The clinic itself receives 2 stars for location. Inside is beautiful and the receptionists are lovely, but it is very difficult to access if you are coming by transit. N Sheridan Way has no sidewalks, so you can expect to be pushed onto the roadside by overgrown reeds and walk next to cars that are whipping around the bend. I really wish something could be done to make coming by foot safer. I dread to see what it is like in the winter. Already, healthcare has accessibility barriers in terms of class and wealth, and for those of us who do not drive, this facility location is not welcoming.”
