“We recently had a parade of Carefor workers in our home providing palliative care to my wife. in all but one case we were totally satisfied with the level of care given. My wife was a PSW providing home care, so her expectations were pretty high. We were not disappointed.”Read moreShow less

“My parents were to have service provided by the Care For team out of the Hawkesbury office. We met with 2 PSW's who came to their home and they were fantastic; however, the head office is unable to maintain a steady schedule as was promised. We were to have care 3 times per week - they have had only 3 visits since June 25. This is absolutely unacceptable, awful service for two elderly people who have become dependent on outside care, for which they are paying and which was promised to them. In speaking with office staff, I found the woman I was speaking with to be unsympathetic, unapologetic and unhelpful. It is a shame as the two PSW's we dealt with were lovely, helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, they cannot make up for the shortcomings of their administrators and I would never recommend this company. Further, if asked, I would suggest people use any other company except this one.”Read moreShow less
