“I only have positive things to share about this group of professionals who have made recovery from total hip replacement seamless and quick. The whole team at Ouellette care institute have been amazing. From the time I walk in and am greeted by Chantelle who somehow seems to know us all in no time, I feel welcomed. Then we head to the back where Emily, the physiotherapist assistant will get us situated and guide us through all the activities that lead to recovery. Jai, the physiotherapist provides a complete evaluation, sets the pace for our recovery and follows up with our progress. He’s always available for any questions or concerns. I was pretty stoked to see the progress each week and to be cleared after only 8 sessions feeling good as new. If you love the water, the therapeutic pool and exercises guided by Uyen is the place to be. Honestly, coming to a place with a professional team that smiles while guiding your therapy and to recover from total hip replacement this quickly is well beyond my expectations.”Read moreShow less

“I can't believe how today went...not even a sorry or phone call to check up. Today I was brave enough to put on a bathing suit for my pool therapy. My doctor recommend it because my pain has been so bad...turns out I had people come out to tell me I couldnt go in because of the conditon of my legs...I cried and bagged I said ive been dealing with this since I was 20 and they just didn't care. “Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a problem with my hip and went there for 2 months to do pool and physical therapy. It was not improving much and progress was slow. Then they decided I should go see my doctor again to get some tests. After talking to medical staff at the hospital they were shocked that I was receiving all this therapy without a clear understanding of the extent of my injuries. How did they know you were getting the proper treatment they asked me? Turns out I have a torn muscle in my hip and some of the therapy was actually aggravating it more then helping it. Hoping to return to therapy here and hope to get better treatment and hoping to get healthy sooner than later. So want to get back to work and be a productive member of my company and society. Awaiting to hear back from my therapist to see what treatments I can have. Over all though it was a good experience just not always the proper treatment.”Read moreShow less

“I HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anybody that Has any issues with neck, shoulders, lower back arthritis and rest this place is amazing. The stuff is great. They are doing excellent job not only that they are professional. They are so kind. Understand understanding, and the kindness starts from the front office when you enter Inside from the first person that you see reception is there a secretary and then when we go on the back, you meet one of the best physiotherapy People and I personally want to think Jay for a great job that he does great manners and personality, and the rest of the stuff I am so glad I am so happy and thankful God that I found this establishment. They are doing awesome job for days ago. I could hardly walk. I injured my back three weeks ago. I lived every day with excruciating pain and I have to work every day to support myself in my family and then it gets so painful they had to For right place to get right treatment, God bless them. “Jai and the team here are fantastic. I was referred by another patient who recommended going for physio after I had a bad sprain. Highly recommend it to others in need of physiotherapy. They took the time to answer my questions and show me how to properly use KT tape.
