“I had a great experience with Vandana. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes the time to understand your concerns. Her approach is very supportive and encouraging, and she explains everything clearly so you feel comfortable throughout the process. I felt genuine improvement under her care and always felt guided and well looked after during my sessions. “I went for physio first time in my life. Starting from assessment to tailored treatment the staff helped me a lot. They gave me exercises to get back to my sports. I went there for my shoulder injury. The clinic atmosphere is clean. Also they are very accommodating. I got appointments right away. Thank you care first physiotherapy for the exceptional service. “Highly recommend Care First Physiotherapy. After experiencing sudden, sharp shooting pain from an old injury that never fully healed, I’m finally starting to regain range of motion in my ankle and feel much more stable. They’ve also helped me get a properly fitted brace, which has made a noticeable difference in my balance and overall stability. “When I felt I was being failed by our medical system (that's a story for another time), I decided I needed to take matters into my own hands. I have been suffering from a terrible fall on ice and developed vertigo. I contacted Care First and set up an appointment. I was seen by the physiotherapist here and after I met with her I was totally relieved. She listened...I was finally being heard. I had been suffering for almost over 2 weeks with pain and then Vertigo. The hospital treated me like I was a dirt on the floor and swept me out as quickly as possible. My GP basically told me there was nothing else he could do that the hospital already didn't. I was being turned down by our medical system. The physiotherapist listened, tested everything I explained and validated my concerns. She came up with a plan and began some treatment. Why did the doctors not tell me to see a physiotherapist?? I got no direction from the medical doctors, but in 1 hour this physiotherapist listened, figured out the issues and gave me great hope. I was so relieved I went home and cried!!! After 1 appointment I already feel some relief from the vertigo. I know I have a bit of a road to travel for further healing, but I am now on the right road. I also want to say that I have been to other physiotherapists and did not have a good experience, so I didn't have any great expectations going in. But now I am a fan! You can trust this physiotherapist. She is very good at what she does. I highly recommend!”Read moreShow less
