“I had such an amazing experience seeing Dr. Methila. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to do a thorough assessment before starting treatment. I went in with some low back pain as well as tightness throughout my back, and could genuinely feel a big difference right after. Dr. Methila could tell I was nervous at first and made me feel so at ease when doing her adjustments, so I felt completely safe with her.
