“I had a great experience with Shayla Shabkhiz. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She really listened to what was bothering me and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left the session feeling much more relaxed and noticed a big improvement in my neck and shoulder tension. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. “My husband recently had an absolutely outstanding experience with Dr. Ahmad Rezvani and the physiotherapy team at the Capilano clinic. He was in the middle of his physio session when his doctor called the clinic with an urgent message about his recent blood test and told him he needed to go to the emergency room immediately. Dr. Rezvani took the situation very seriously. He calmly stopped the treatment right away, made sure my husband was safe and lying down, and checked on him several times while everything was being arranged. His actions were precise and perfectly timed – he didn’t panic, but he also didn’t ignore anything. He acted quickly, professionally, and with real care. He even went one step further and personally drove my husband to Lions Gate Hospital Emergency Department, so that he arrived at the emergency room within just a few minutes. On a day that could have gone very badly, we truly felt that he and his team were on our side and looking out for him as a human being, not just as “another patient.” We are deeply grateful for Dr. Ahmad Rezvani’s sense of responsibility, kindness, and professionalism. “I went for an FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy) session offered by Shayla, to help prepare for my Aerial Hoop performance, and it made such a huge difference. My range of motion improved so much, and I felt noticeably calmer and more relaxed afterward.
