Not a very professional outfit - dark and drab interior, staff not well versed in the procedures and don't seem to be emersed in wellness/health optimization. Very poor customer service - booked a session for my son and I as he was recuperating from a bike crash....when he was too anxious to start the session and wanted to leave, they refused to let me use the session on another day....way to build a following, well done.... Do not recommend - not a serious wellness offering at all, and not focused on the customer.

Hi everyone. Unfortunately received poor treatment from this place. I booked my first HBOT and went in. However I was able to stay in the chamber for just 10 minutes(booked for 60mins) as I started experiencing sharp pain in one of my ears. I respectfully requested them to consider either reimbursing me for partial amount or using half of my payment towards other services they offer. They didn’t even respond to my email for a week; I had to call them to find out they would not do either.

Before starting the HBOT again just over a year later my loved one was starting to decline with his brain injury. Since starting the HBOT at the 1.5 ATA with 20 sessions I have noticed a significant progress with him. He is more aware of things; he is able to watch a movie and pay attention. He is more alert. He is talking more and has a sense of humor! His mobility is getting better, and he is becoming more independent and is dressing himself. Hyberbaric oxygen is incredibly amazing, and what significant difference it makes for my loved one. I am amazed. He is making huge progress! I am very thankful to have found CAP health ❤️ The help we have received from the team at cap health has been more than accommodating to us. They offer free parking. In a world full of challenges; they truly make us feel welcome and they are most accommodating to our needs. Thank you Cap health!

Unfortunately I had to cancel a HBOT appointment the same day due to my child being sent home sick from school, that morning, and was no longer unable to make the appointment. There was no empathy or consideration for the situation and was subsequently charged full price for the cancellation. The recommendation was to simply bring my sick child along. I understand the cancellation policy, but with no other bookings for the HBOT that day, they were short sighted and happy to lose a customer vs. being flexible or even offering a credit for a future booking. Would definitely NOT recommend this place and will not be suggesting anyone go there. If interested in HBOT, I’ve also been to Summit Acupuncture and had a great experience there!

Cap Health was a huge disappointment, and unfortunately, it’s just another example of why I’ve had consistently bad experiences with places in downtown areas. These businesses often seem more focused on squeezing every penny out of customers than on providing decent service I accidentally double-booked an appointment and explained the mistake to the receptionist in person. I told them I wanted to deal with the issue while I was there. Instead of helping, they brushed it off and later claimed I hadn’t officially asked to cancel. When I called on Monday to sort things out, they stuck to their rigid policies, insisted on wanting to charge my card, and acted like it was all my fault, even though I had been upfront about the mistake from It’s clear the staff don’t care about customer experiences; they’re just there to follow orders. This place, like so many downtown businesses with sky-high rent, is more concerned with being a money-hungry operation than actually treating people fairly. I was genuinely interested in trying their HBOT service again as I found it beneficial, but after this greedy, disorganized, and dismissive experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place if you value honesty and good service! Downtown businesses like this one really need to rethink their priorities.

Apparently not the same place that it was with previous practitioners seeing all the other reviews are 5 stars and this was not even close to a one star service. I would not recommend. The care provided is not hands on and the "care plan" that is provided is literally computer generated. $270 for an hour of my time to sit on a computer. NOT worth the time or the money. I should also mention that when I called to change my appointment time they charged my card immediately (my first booking and there was zero grace period for the change so BEWARE); they will likely dispute this comment as they did with me on the phone but this is not good business practice. Additional concerns but we shall agree to disagree on the quality of service provided. My review is warranted as a warning to the public as I felt a duty to share my experience as I am allowed to do so. Take it or leave it but in my opinion, there are far better options out there.

Always have a great experience here. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and really go out of their way to make sure you’re getting the help you need and educating you in the process. Since beginning some light treatment through IR saunas and some restorative massage, I’ve already noticed a big change in how I feel every day. It’s been so great I’m working with them to build a more comprehensive plan that utilizes more of their services. Highly recommended.

I have an amazing experience with Dr.Kristen! She always caring and listen to me and check if there's any part of my body not feel comfortable and help me adjust which really ease the discomfort. I feel a huge different on my body after my second session with her. My first session with her, I came to her with my back pain issue where the pain started to restrict my movement even just to bend down. Now I can start feel myself again, even just a simple thing when I play with my puppy. She always listen in my every visit and help me to maintain and adjust my body to ensure no more discomfort after every visit. I highly recommend her especially for people that still hesitant with chiro treatment, she always listen and explain each step that she will do during the adjustment.

I had IV therapy , to help with recovery as an active athlete, it was my first time and I didn't really know what to expect. Dr. Amy morrison was very informative about what every vitamin in the drip was intended to help with. She really cares about her patients always checking in making sure that I was feeling okay during the treatment, she got me a hot towel when I said my arm was feeling really heavy ( a common side affect) the heat from the towel definitely helped and it was very much appreciated . Overall a great experience !
