“I had a great experience at this eye care clinic. I came in for an eye exam and was really impressed with how friendly, welcoming, and professional everyone was. Dr. Peter was very informative, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can really feel that it’s a family-run business. “I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic. I had never been able to put in contact lenses before, but Dr. Chan was incredibly encouraging while still giving me the space I needed to learn at my own pace, and we did it! It’s been a few weeks since my appointment, and now I get to enjoy clear vision without glasses whenever I want. I’m so grateful and so happy with Canary Eye Care. “I'm going to be honest, when you have an appointment and the Doctors here are amazing, kind, intelligent, accommodating, and address all your problems. However the follow-ups, and responding to phone calls and emails is like the worst experience ever. So please take my advice and save yourself the struggle, go elsewhere. Been waiting for a follow-up response/appointment for over half a year. I have receipts. I hate leaving negative reviews because I love this community, but they literally left me no choice.
