“What a wonderful experience. I had not been to Michelle before. I told her my issue showed it to her and she went to work. I had been in pain for a couple months and before she was even done I was pain free. Professional , clean and a wonderful experience. “Came here 2 times. 1st time for acupuncture for a Lumber back sprain and 2nd time for a massage for a musle knote. Both were done well and I felt much better”

“Me and my boyfriend went here for foot massages. I'm not sure if this is similar else where, but we booked for the same time but she didnt mention that it was just her doing the service. She did my feet while my bf waited for 45 minutes (I actually can't remember the exact time we booked for). Then when she did his I waited. He mentioned later that he could feel her tired from doing mine first, so it didn't feel strong for him. Your feet are steaming during the wait times but I would rather have dual massages. She was a lovely sweet lady but did not know what extended medical, insurance cards or benefits were. It was fine, but might be frustrating for others who expect to claim. “I am shocked and appallad that this is even considered a wellness centre or somewhere that offers massages. I am not sure if it was her friends that reviewed the place before or just never had a message before... But by far the worst massage i've had to date. I have had close to a 180 massages in the past from deep, lomi, relaxation, rekki, trigger point etc. This would be at the bottom. Michelle booked me in for 1 hour of deep tissue. She rubbed my outside for an hour using her elbow over and over up and down. No pressure, no technique, no rythem. By outside I mean lats, sides of my legs, neck, essentially outlining my frame nothing on the back, hamstrings, or calf's directly. She charged $80 for the service and honestly if it was $10 for the hour still wouldn't be worth it. I have never done a Google review but I felt I would be doing everyone else a disservice and being unethical not to report this horrible "service". If you are bored, want to do nothing for an hour and pay money for it, this is the spot! Full disappointment gaurneteed.”Read moreShow less
