Unprofessional Instruction, High Turnover, and Deeply Inappropriate Conduct My overall experience at Canadian College in Windsor was incredibly disappointing and scarring. While there was a brief bright spot in my coursework, the administrative incompetence, poor instruction, and offensive classroom behavior made this program a deeply painful ordeal. Inappropriate Classroom Environment & Academic Retaliation My time in Jessica Luna’s class was unacceptable. Rather than delivering a proper curriculum, she skimmed through materials and handed out answers to fill in, providing zero actual education. Classes regularly devolved into "the Jessica Show," where she focused almost entirely on talking about herself, her family, and her personal life. More concerningly, she ran the class on overt favoritism—students who did not fall into her favor were penalized with poor grades. When I respectfully questioned false information she presented and provided proof to correct it, she retaliated by grading me down and kicking me out of her class. Racist and Unprofessional Role-Play As an Indigenous person, I was deeply offended and traumatized by the complete lack of cultural safety in the classroom. During a lesson around Truth and Reconciliation Day, Jessica forced a role-play scenario asking students to "pretend" to be damaged by trauma. It was disgusting, insensitive, and overtly racist. I felt completely unsafe, dismissed, and racially targeted during her instruction. Bright Spot in Instruction The one positive aspect of my post-secondary education here was my time with Faith. Faith was an amazing teacher who actually took the time to educate her students. Under her instruction, my grades improved significantly, and I felt like I was finally learning. Unfortunately, my overall grade average remained permanently dragged down by the unfair marks I received under Jessica. High Turnover and Placement Delays The institutional disorganization extended far beyond the classroom. The staff turnover at Canadian College was exceptionally high, creating a volatile environment where no one could stay focused or effectively manage student needs. Because of staff turnover, constant administrative excuses, and total dismissiveness regarding my practicum, it took an entire extra year for the school to finally secure a placement I had to find myself. Final Verdict This institution demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism, educational integrity, and cultural awareness. No student should have to endure academic retaliation, racial insensitivity, or a delayed graduation due to institutional negligence. I cannot recommend this school. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I have been a client for many years and I would highly recommend using their services. The students are well trained, professional, and concerned about your well-being. They are supervised by a registered massage therapist. I’ve had many massages there since 2012 because the price is so reasonable. Book your appointment online and enjoy.

My husband and I have been going to the Canadian College for date night massages. While the newer students are still developing their skills, those further along in the program provide fantastic treatments. It’s especially worth it for the price—I highly recommend it.

Low cost one hour massage. I've been getting massages here for almost six months. If you don't have extended health benifits, or like me, use up the limit, this gives you affordable relaxation & down time. Appointments book fast!

I had the pleasure of working with Elly, a student in the Massage Therapy program. They show a strong commitment to learning and a genuine passion for helping others. Elly is attentive, professional, and takes the time to understand client needs. They also have a great sense for proper body mechanics and do an excellent job helping clients position and move their bodies in ways that support comfort, safety, and effective treatment. They are eager to improve, receptive to feedback, and create a calm, comfortable environment. I would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking a capable and caring Massage Therapist in training.

The receptionist was able to answer all my questions regarding service. I tried five different students to get a feel for the place. All took their work seriously. 4/5 of them provided a massage that was better than some I've received fully credentialed.

From booking your appointment to walking out with “massage face and hair”; you wont’ be disappointed. :) I highly recommend scheduling your next massage here. You’ll be greeted by the most wonderful smile from Crystal. Don’t forget to grab a sticker from the pile, she always seems to have the best and happiest selection. Every massage has been a positive experience and the students are all very knowledgeable and professional. 10 stars!

Today I had Isabella as my massage therapist. She is petite with strong fingers. She asked me my areas of concern and began her treatment. She asked me if her pressure was good or did I require, less or more pressure. Everything was perfect and I felt so much better when she had finished. I really appreciate her knowledge and technique. She reminded me that if I left pain, to use a heating pad for 5-10 minutes. I hope she will find gainful employment as she will be an asset to any clinic or spa.

I took the PSW program here and had an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an amazing teacher, Gagandeep Sohal. Highly recommend this place if you're thinking of switching careers or looking at alternative options in education.
