“I’ve had an outstanding experience at Canadian Active Rehab, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family rather than just another appointment on the schedule. The positive, welcoming culture they’ve built is something you genuinely feel every time you visit. The treatment team is exceptional. Dillon and Juhi are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about helping their patients recover and reach their goals. Dr. Jesse and Thomas are also fantastic at what they do—they take the time to explain everything, provide personalized care, and make sure you’re progressing every step of the way. The front desk staff deserve just as much recognition. Santosh is always friendly, professional, and makes everyone feel welcome. Preeti and Priyanka do an amazing job keeping appointments, paperwork, and patient files organized. Everything runs smoothly because of their hard work and attention to detail. A special thank you to Carlos, the manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected throughout the clinic. “I honestly can’t recommend Canadian Active Rehabilitation Centre (CARC) enough! I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for almost four years and have seen several physiotherapists, but no one was able to pinpoint the actual source of my pain the way Juhi did. I’ve now had five appointments with her, and I can confidently say she’s the best physiotherapist I’ve ever been to. She doesn’t just treat the symptoms—she takes the time to understand the root cause of the problem and works on it. For the first time in years, I finally feel like I’m making real progress. I also had three appointments with Richa, and she has been amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients. Every session has been a great experience. I also saw Jesse for chiropractic treatment, and she was wonderful. She was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly while making me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. My husband has been seeing Dylan for physiotherapy, and he’s had an excellent experience too. After just one appointment, he came home saying, “My shoulder feels so much better—I can finally move it properly again.” He was genuinely impressed with Dylan’s expertise, and the improvement was noticeable right away. Another thing that really stood out to me was how welcoming everyone was when I brought my 4-year-old daughter to one of my appointments. It can be stressful bringing a child along, but the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and took the time to interact and play with her, making both of us feel comfortable. That level of care and warmth meant a lot to me. From the front desk staff to every practitioner we’ve met, the entire team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. “My husband had been struggling with persistent back pain, and the team at this physiotherapy clinic provided excellent care from the very first visit.
