It’s very unfortunate that students do not have much choice for a dentist on campus; overall the service from the dentist falls well below expectation. I would not recommend anything beyond basic cleanings/check-ups. If you are coming for a checkup, this is one of the best dental offices I’ve been to. I wish I could rate the experiences separately. When you first arrive you are welcomed in and the receptionist makes the process very easy and accommodating. The care and attention provided by the woman who does the cleaning is the best I’ve ever had. It makes you feel fantastic knowing that people genuinely care about your well-being. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff who make the experience a 5/5. Unfortunately, the customer service from the dentist heavily detracts from the overall experience. I had to get a filling done and I have never experienced a filling like this. Ultimately, I had to go back to fix some issues and I will likely have to go to another dentist to redo the filling. From the other reviews online I gather that this may be a recent trend within the last year. I truly hope that the customer service changes and that future patients are met with a genuine concern for their dental needs.

Checkup is like 250$ and cleaning is like another 250$. Asked the receptionist lady number of times if the cleaning would be covered or not. She kept saying: yes the insurance will cover the cleaning 80% and 20% discount so 100% covered. Then I go inside, they do a normal checkup where they just take couple of x-rays and look at your teeth and its 250$. After the check up....they tell me that they will clean my bottom teeth today and upper teeth in another appointment. While cleaning the bottom teeth they made like hole in my front two teeth and kept saying that my actual teeth is like that which was never the case and I have pictures......after first cleaning they tell me that for cleaning and polishing they will need another appointment and its not free. I have to spend another 100 $ bucks for cleaning the top teeth. Why didn't you inform me that upfront while doing the checkup???? I would have gone to another dentist then. The dentist who came up to check after cleaning was not professional either, kept saying that I needed to educate myself There are two receptionists, middle aged women is professional but the second one with less age is very rude. The rude women kept saying "if you play catch up games, that's what happens". I would give them zero stars if I could.

Disappointing and Misleading Experience – Not Recommended for SASK-POLYTECH Students I booked this dental clinic as a Sask Polytech student because SPSA advertised a 90% dental coverage plus an additional 10% discount if booked through Campus Dentist—making it a full discount on services. This was clearly confirmed by the person who scheduled my appointment. However, my experience was far from what was promised. When I arrived, I was told they wouldn't be able to fully clean my teeth in one visit. The hygienist said it would take too long and they'd do the rest at another appointment. I felt misled but went along with it. During the cleaning, the hygienist constantly complained about tartar buildup, even after I explained I hadn’t had a cleaning since 2018 and had dental issues during pregnancy. I also told her that I lost a piece of my front tooth during pregnancy—it was clearly a broken part of my actual tooth. But she didn’t even acknowledge it properly and just insisted it must’ve been a piece of tartar that came off. The dentist who did the check-up wasn’t impressive either—nothing stood out as professional or helpful. Then came the biggest surprise: the receptionist told me, “So for your next appointment, you’ll be charged this much to clean the rest of your teeth, and we’ll do the polish then too.” I was shocked—like, what?! Why am I being asked to pay for a second appointment when the cleaning was supposed to be done in one visit? The SPSA dental plan clearly states 90% coverage for all cleanings, plus a 10% discount when booked through Campus Dentist. This was supposed to be fully covered. I should’ve gone to a different clinic. This place is a rip-off. To add to the frustration, parking at USask cost me $7 for two hours—ridiculous for a student appointment. This clinic feels like a trap for non-USask students. Misleading pricing, incomplete service, and unexpected charges. I strongly suggest other Saskpolytech students look elsewhere for dental care.

Worst experience of my life. Got a root canal done here and they messed up so bad that I have an infection. Not only do I have to get it all done again but they won't even refund me or anything for the issue they caused! My tooth hurt before but the pain is 100 times worse AFTER the procedure. I have to pay to get the same tooth treated again by pocket! AND IT COSTS MORE NOW. Forget the amount of pain I am in but they don't even have the human decency to admit to any fault and the dentist tried to be like "you should have come back earlier". It is better to not get anything done and suffer then get it done here honestly. Its a waste of money and time. You will just be back for worse.

This is by far the most accommodating dentist in the city. They were able to provide services at a significantly less price than all other places. The dentist I had was amazing. minimal discomfort. As little as could be, considering the procedure (multiple extractions) . She made sure I was comfortable and calm during a stressful visit.

Excellent service. Went in as a new patient, left with clean teeth, some excellent tips, and even some products. Update: I returned for a cleaning. Lynn, the hygienist, was amazing. She gave me good tips, and did a wonderful job. The receptionist (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name), as always, was super helpful and kind!!

My first ever dental check up and cleaning. It was an amazing experience. Will highly recommend. Receptionists were welcoming and helpful!! Dental Hygienist Zora was super nice, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything and worked with detail and care. Answered all my questions. I was very comfortable throughout the time. My teeth looks brand new. 10/10 Would definitely visit again. :)

Update: customer service has gone really bad! Whatever happened to this clinic? They cancelled my schedule without informing me, and all the manager can say was "Sorry. I got other things to do". This clinic should just close for good. Very friendly staff. Covered by student insurance. Convenient to visit. Smooth transactions. Ask for Stephanie, she's super nice and friendly and does a really good job!

-I came for a cleaning and had my teeth treated BEYOND expectations... like to have my teeth treated as diamonds. -I requested for a topical sedative and have my teeth cleaning without any sensitivity. -From front desk to the assistant, and the doctor are 5/5 service. -and had my insurance covered 90% of the service cost. -the music playlist also improved from the last time I visited, from swearing-lots-music to a better piano music

I've been going here for 2 or 3 years. The staff are always friendly, and it's easy to get in to see an appointment. Was in for a cleaning today, and the dental tech Stephanie was amazing! Also, the receptionist gives patients options to help maximum their benefits and minimize out of pocket costs, which is great.
