“Innomar Clinic - I have now had 2 extremely unsatisfactory appointments. The first one, I got a call from the clinic 30 minutes before my infusion to let me know they didn't have my medication. Never got resolved and I had to contact my old clinic for an emergency dose. I decided to try one more time because this clinic is 1/3 of the distance from me than my other clinic. Shouldn't have! Today I got told they didn't have it until I was at my appointment! Even though the Innomar Pharmacy seems to be completely incompetent and it's not the clinics fault they weren't sent the medication, it IS the clinics faults for not letting me know the week prior when they 'tried to contact the pharmacy to figure out why they didn't have my drug'. Would have loved if I got a call then! I have never had this issue with my old infusion clinic, they are always extremely diligent about getting in touch with the pharmacy and me if there are issues. The clinic should be advocating on the patients behalf and not being so flippant about the urgency of this issue. Also, they claimed they had been trying for a week to get in touch with the pharmacy and the care team who deal with it, which I hardly believe because the second I left I called both and immediately got in touch and got answers.”

“I’ve been to many Physiotherapy joints and have seen many physiotherapists. CBI Health was recommended by my Doc. And I’m happy I was talked into travelling a little further from my place of residence to have Urooj administer my recovery. My expectations were high and they have been met and exceeded. The space is open and spacious. All the Staff are expert and skill levels are high, here in Cambridge. No complaints. Excellent services.”

“The team at CBI Health are amazing! I started seeing them over a year ago due to an elbow dislocation and it was apparent that I was recovering my range of motion at a very slow rate. They never made me feel like I wasn’t doing enough, they reassured me that elbows are difficult joints to bounce back from, and they worked on implementing different exercises and methods of stretching that best suited my specific needs. Additionally, they were so very accommodating to my poor schedule availability which was unbelievably helpful! Ruchi and Cam were my main therapists and I always felt incredibly comfortable with them. Thank you so, so much CBI team! :D”
