Payment

Booking and fees

• Advance notice to cancel1 day

  For cancellations within 24 hours of your session start time, and within 48 hours of appointments for service packages or parties of 2 or more, you will be responsible for 50% of the cost of your scheduled service, and may be required to prepay for future services.

• Credit card to book

  Effective January 1, 2023 , we require a valid credit card to book an appointment.

• Arriving late shortens the visitlate arrivals may result in shortened sessions

  To ensure your service provider has adequate time to sanitize the treatment room for the next client after your departure, late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

• Fee for a missed appointment

  In addition, if you do not cancel/reschedule and fail to show up for your session, you will be responsible for the full cost of the service for which you were scheduled.

• Payment before the visit

  Clients who no-show may be required to prepay for future services.

Health and safety

• Masks optional

  We do not require clients to wear masks, but you are more than welcome to do so.

On the day

• Arrive early

  Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork, use the facilities and/or get comfortable so your session can start on time.

• Parent or guardian for minors

  however, minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian that can sign off on their consent for treatment form.
