“Carmen is an incredible physiotherapist, and I truly could not recommend her enough. She has helped me with so many different concerns throughout my body, but what makes her so special is that her care goes far beyond technique, even though her technique is amazing. Carmen listens deeply. She takes the time to understand what you are feeling, what your body has been through, and what you need in that season of life. As a new mom, I have felt so supported by her. She has helped me not only with physical recovery, but also with practical tips, reassurance, and strategies that have made such a difference in my everyday life. You can feel that she truly cares about her clients and their wellbeing. She has a deep understanding of the body, how everything is connected, and what needs to be supported in order to feel better. I have also brought my baby to see her, and after appointments, we noticed she seemed much more comfortable, calmer, and more settled. That support has meant so much to us. I highly recommend Carmen for pelvic physio, regular physiotherapy, and infant physiotherapy. Just book the appointment. You will be so glad you did.”
