“After trialing many local RMTs here in Kelowna, I finally discovered Catherine and her business, Calla Wellness. As a shift worker, I lean towards relaxation-focused treatments, and after one session with Catherine, I was sold. I now see her on a weekly basis and her treatments have become an integral part of my self-care routine. I rely on our time together to unwind and decompress. Often, I will see Catherine before/after working night shifts which allows me to reset and transition back into a balanced sleep schedule. She is incredibly methodical and intentional with her work, effortlessly creating a calming atmosphere while still targeting any areas of tension and discomfort. I leave each appointment feeling like I am floating on a cloud - both mentally and physically rejuvenated. Our sessions are what I look forward to most each week.
