“I wanted to share my experience at this clinic today. I went for a scheduled cortisone shot, and from the first staff member that greeted me, to the tech assisitant(s) that lead me to the back, to the tech that checked my info, and then the next one that helped me in the room where I received my shot, to the Doctor, everyone knew their job, performed it professionally and with a smile!. “Unfortunately I feel like this clinic has dropped the ball on me as a patient. I should’ve read the other reviews because the are accurate even if there isn’t many . This place is a cash grab. Broken spine two fractures got referred there to see a spinal surgeon from my family doctor. You have to pay $300 cad and wait to even get an appointment. Then I waited went in only to get seen by a doctor (regular practitioner) and a chiropractor. Not even a plan of course a suggestion on what the results will be just a doctor showing off check in skills to another student during my appointment. Then referred me to their physio and kinesiology people for a free 20 min consultation that was a complete waste of time . I was given a paper and sent on my way to do floor exercises even though I can’t move ! Three phone calls later on three different days trying to ask for another doctor or a second opinion at least , maybe a plan of action . Then I’m told that it would cost me another $300! Excuse me you guys picked the doctor not me I just want a spinal plan of action something . This place is a cash grab and sorry to say it’s about money and making money transferring you to different departments they have to make money . Not about patients. Not about treatment. It’s a complete scam . No courtesy to call patients back even . After writing the review I’m finally getting a call and it’s not even management it’s the rehabilitation guy Andrew . Do better . Please refund my $300 for the spinal assessment your clinic never even delivered or cared to even see if I’m ok . No courtesy ! Beware . 13 hours in emergency three months later finally got answers and a plan and it didn't cost $300 to see a physician who did nothing for me . Now I’m told to come in nevermind the pain I’m in to physically see the doctor who did nothing for me , and no refund. This is the empathy they have after they dropped the ball on me as a patient. I hope no never person falls for this scam when in a vulnerable state ! Shame on Caleo ! Edit ! So I was asked by Andrew to come back and discuss a refund ! What a joke ! They had no intent whatsoever of a refund they wanted to bill me for another dr visit with the same useless doctor. But this time they thru me a women into a small room with someone who apparently was the office Manager (Mark) that looked at me downplayed my pain looked at me straight in the face and started to intimidate me with the other male doctor Dr. Femi Adekeye ! As a women let me tell you this clinic is walking on a very fine line by doing this to me ! Is he even a doctor ? No ! Medical certificate of any sort ? NO . Intimidation is not the way to go and no empathy! This place is a joke . Sit in the waiting room and listen same story with every patient. Read online reviews and decide for yourself ! Rate mds has many horrible reviews on this place ! They simply just don’t care ! They want $$! No ethics whatsoever!”Read moreShow less

“First time at this location for an ultrasound. I dont live near, but will be coming back. Reception staff were inviting, friendly, and helpful. The ultrasound specialist was amazing, friendly, thorough, and brief. The entire process from beginning to end was pleasant and efficient; a welcome change and so nice.
