“Five stars for CU Vision! We lost an Ortho-K lens right before an international flight. Dr. He went above and beyond, contacting the supplier immediately and rushing the order from Toronto to ensure we had it in time for our trip. He even provided backup disposables for the interim. Lili was also wonderful, showing incredible patience while teaching my child how to handle the lenses. We are so impressed by their professional service and rare efficiency. “I went there by chance and asked them if you can help me to know the pupil distance (PD). Both receptionist and optometrist said me no and give me reason that you need to buy glasses from us then we can help you. To know PD it require 2-3 minutes and I done that by myself at home with the help of YouTube video. For 2-3 minutes help I am not going to buy anything from the store. “I had a very off-putting experience here today. I was trying on a pair of glasses I liked and pulled out my phone to take a quick photo and video, something I often do to compare styles and keep track of frames I’m interested in. I also wanted to note the price and model number for reference. This older Asian female store associate abruptly pulled the frame from my hands and told me I wasn’t allowed to take photos of the glasses unless they were on my face. Apparently, this is store policy, which I’ve never encountered at any store before. In fact, most eyewear stores encourage customers to take photos for convenience and to help them make decisions. The way that store associate handled this felt unnecessarily controlling and uncomfortable. I left immediately and won’t be returning. There are plenty of optical stores that respect modern shopping habits and treat customers with flexibility and respect. I recommend going to one of those instead.”Read moreShow less

“I have been using their services for almost three years. I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. Early this year, my eyeglass frame was broken, even though it was already out of warranty, and the staff at CU Vision, especially Melinda, were incredibly supportive. They coordinated with the manufacturer to get me a brand new frame at no extra cost in a timely manner. Vicky was also incredibly helpful when we were getting new CRT lenses for my son. We had a lot of questions and challenges, but Vicky and Dr. Kim guided us through everything patiently and thoroughly. “I had broken my prescription glasses the other day and needed glasses urgently. I got an appointment for the very next day and got a detailed eye exam. The ladies that helped me were amazing ! Great experience, cannot thank them enough<3”

“I went to them for an eye exam and the doctor was very thorough with the process. He explained and answered all the questions that I had. Got 2 pairs of glasses, one being a pair of prescription sunglasses. They both fit so well. The owner lady was so kind in giving me advice on which ones I should buy and helped me save money.
