“I have been working with Natalie for the past few months regarding a shoulder muscle tear, and I cannot say enough about the tremendous job she has done. My shoulder has improved significantly since I started seeing her, and the difference has been incredible. Before coming to Natalie, I had seen a few other physiotherapists, and unfortunately, none of them were able to properly identify what was causing my pain. In fact, some of the treatments and exercises I was given were actually aggravating the injury and making things worse. A lot of the treatment involved machines that did absolutely nothing for me, and I wasn’t seeing any real improvement. My experience with Natalie has been completely different. She actually took the time to listen, assess my shoulder properly, and figure out what was going on rather than simply going through the motions. She continued working on the problem and adjusting the treatment based on how my shoulder was responding. Within a relatively short period of time, I started feeling much better and seeing noticeable improvement. The entire clinic has also been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. Most importantly, Natalie is by far the best physiotherapist I have encountered. She is knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and genuinely cares about helping her patients improve. I highly recommend Natalie and this clinic to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who will actually take the time to understand the problem and provide treatment that makes a difference. I am extremely grateful for everything she has done for my shoulder!”
