“This was my third appointment at this location and I always leave feeling better than when I came. Johnny and Stephen both do amazing work, relieving the tension in my neck and upper back. I recently booked with Stephen who was able to relieve the pain I have been experiencing the last three days in my left arm. Highly recommend this location as everyone here is always polite, knowledgeable and kind.”

“Today I saw Shirley for the initial assessment for about 20 -25 minutes while she was busy attending to other clients. Then another team member showed me some general rotator cuff exercises for about 20 minutes. My total time seeing Shirley and doing the exercises was about 45 minutes. The charge was $145. Very expensive! When I told Shirley I also have hip issues, she said this will have to be dealt with in another session. With the charge of $145, I had expected Shirley to spend more than an hour to assess the issues I have, and show me the exercises specific to my needs. This visit was quite disappointing!”

“My first two visits were a good experience, however, the therapist became and complacent (Shirley). She was tending to 8 patients during my last visit A one hour appointment tragged on for 2 hours and during this time she spent almost a total of five minutes. All they are interested is making money and not about helping the patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone”
