“I had an amazing massage from Shannell. I had a hot and cold stone massage, or contrast massage. As someone who continually has very tight shoulders and neck, I really loved how easily she was able to loosen up those muscles. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with the recovery afterwards. I felt like my recovery was much quicker and easier than after a typical therapeutic massage. As someone who has been getting massages for years, but who was new to the hot and cold stone method, I will definitely be requesting this service again from Shannell!
