“Incredible experience at By the Lake massage. You immediately notice the calming energy when walking in and simply feel at home. Erin is absolutely incredible and extremely knowledgeable as well. “I'm writing this review after being a client of By the Lake for several years. I have receive the very best treatment for all my ailments since being a client. Erin, however has offered me personalized care for injuries that no other health professional has offered. There's many things I would recommend but for this post I do want to point out how significant cupping is for scar tissue. Looking at my knee today 4 out of 5 scars have disappeared after sessions. I don't care about the look of the scars but I do care about the pain and annoyance that comes from scar tissue. “Had an excellent experience for my first massage therapy appointment. The venue had an excellent ambiance and the staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. They also gave me a lovely take home gift! Would definitely recommend!”

“This evening was my first ever visit at By the Lake... and let me tell you, ERIN DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I pulled my back Saturday shoveling driveways by Saturday evening I was hunched over is utter discomfort going to work with this back pain has been unbearable. Until tonight! Erin's magical hands took all the pain away. I was greeted and taken care of right away she and the rest of the staff were not only polite but also super friendly 🙂. Erin I can't thank you enough as I write this review feeling brand new my back truly can't thank you enough 🙏. The bag of salt for my bath was the cherry on the cake chefs kiss. “I called to book for a prenatal massage and they gave me an appointment same day. Had my 1hr massage session with Brooke, was nice, and relaxing. Sleeping on the pregnancy pillow was beautiful. “This has place been one of the most wonderful hidden gems in the Port Credit area. Wonderful service and zen like atmosphere always have me excited to book my next visit !!!. I have received massages from both Nicole and Erin and left feeling relaxed and ready to take on the world! The staff are warm ,friendly , and welcoming . ....
