“We cannot recommend Cassandra highly enough. Our daughter began seeing her at just 2 months old for torticollis, and from the very first appointment, Cassandra's warmth, knowledge, and genuine care put us completely at ease. She provided regular physiotherapy sessions and guided us through exercises and stretches to do at home. “We have been working with Rima, our son's Occupational Therapist, for a while now, and we absolutely adore her! She is nothing short of an incredibly caring, dedicated, and amazing OT. 🩷 What stands out most is how genuine and authentic she is. She pays true attention to my son's interests and knows exactly how to motivate him and keep him engaged during his sessions. 🫶 Rima has outstanding interpersonal skills, and her gentle, caring nature truly makes a positive difference in his life. It is an absolute pleasure having her as part of our son's care team—she is everything an OT should be and more. We truly could not have asked for a better OT for our son. 🩷 I also want to give a huge shoutout to the awesome ladies on the Client Care Team, Kym and Alicia, at the Burlington location. “Cassandra has been an incredible addition to our son's care for torticollis and plagiocephaly. We began working with her when our son was just under a month old and basically had no range of motion in his neck. Through her guidance and constant support we have seen incredible improvement to our son's range of motion, head shape and overall well being. Cassandra goes above and beyond in her care & this was seen when she brought forth a concern she had regarding our son's eyesight. We immediately brought this to the attention of our family doctor and they stated they wouldn't have caught it if it weren't for her (this is also due to her proximity and the frequency we see Cassandra, in contrast to how little time we spend with our family doctor). Cassandra is a wonderful human who is empathetic, honest, realistic and passionate about her work - it is clearly evident in her care with the tiniest of clients! “We’ve had an amazing experience with my daughter’s physiotherapist, Cassandra. From day one, she’s been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She did a thorough assessment on our daughter and truly understand her needs and create a plan that is both effective and encouraging. Cassandra’s expertise shines through in every session. We just started when my daughter was 6.5 months old because of delay in her gross motor skill and we’ve already seen so much progress just after 3 sessions. “We brought our daughter to Butterfly Paediatric to continue her physiotherapy treatments during Summer. We don't live in Burlington, but spend a lot of times there during the holidays. We wishwe could have this clinic where we live! It was wonderful and we plan to return! Cassandra integrated some fun activites that helped our daughter used her right side. She was amazing and our daughter was able to have fun while working hard! Lisa was also very kind to have a session with our daughter when Cassandra couldn't.
