“5 Golden Star to Shahab Rezania, after seeing may therapist he was the one did the real job . I don't think many Physio therapist here in Vancouver know what they are doing. This 5 star is only for Shahab as i had a great experience with his therapy.”

“I had an athletic therapy session with Emily Manning on 16 Jul 2026. The session was okay and she gave a lot of exercises and information. It was hard for me to remember everything & recall after the session and I requested a written summary of all the exercises so that I can practice them on my own. But I never received it. I wrote emails and called them at the office but never heard back. I’m sorry to give it one star something that could have been an easy five stars, had they followed through.”

“I had a respiratory therapy session with Gemma and honestly left very disappointed. For a $200 one hour session, I expected much more than just two basic exercises and very little guidance about breathing techniques or recovery. Most of the information felt very generic and not worth the price. I was hoping for a more professional and personalized experience.”

“Awesome service! Booking online was super easy. The front staff were very friendly and patient. I had some insurance issues and they were able to help me resolve it. Physio was on time and spent the entire appointment with me clearly explaining my chronic back problem. They were able to provide some treatment and showed me some new exercises to do at home. Great vibe throughout and booked in for another visit.”

“I visited this clinic a couple of weeks ago for arm pain and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the start, I didn’t feel properly assessed. The therapist seemed to make a quick assumption that I had a shoulder problem and didn’t take the time to actually listen to what I was explaining about my symptoms. I’ve had a similar injury before, so I was trying to clarify that the issue was in my arm not my shoulder, but my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. Very poor bedside manners. What was even more concerning was that I was given advice that felt completely outside the scope of physiotherapy, including suggestions about hormone therapy. That raised a serious red flag for me. The treatment I received didn’t provide any relief, which further confirmed that the issue hadn’t been properly identified. After the session, I politely shared my feedback with the front desk and was advised to send an email to their general mailbox. I did so the same day, but I never received a response. A lack of follow-up like that is disappointing and, in my opinion, reflects poorly on the clinic’s professionalism and patient care. Thankfully, I was able to see my regular physiotherapist the next day, where I received appropriate treatment and experienced relief almost immediately. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.”
