“The optometrist I saw today was lovely - but I’m writing this review as a warning to other clients and patients- the receptionist that helped me today was visibly sick with an rsv and was not wearing a mask. I asked for a mask after I couldn’t deny what I was seeing anymore, and let her know that I live with someone who is immunocompromised and her response was that it’s probably best because she’s sick. 😳 she was also holding the inside of the mask with her fingers so I should’ve just asked her to put it on at that point. I really don’t know what to say here, but I shouldn’t have to remind anyone working in healthcare that they should wear a mask when they’re sick. Especially if they’re going to be sitting 2 ft away and Right across from someone they’re supposed to be helping. It’s not only inconsiderate but it’s irresponsible and unacceptablep. You probably have babies, elderly, and immunocompromised individuals coming to your space, so the fact that you’re ok with your staff not taking baseline and proactive measures when they’re are ill, are ok with them exposing your patients to any risk of infection means that this is not a safe space. This info can be found on the health Canada website. So I’ll attach a photo for your reference.”

He explains exam results and answers all the questions.Dr M.Tansley sends referral if needed. Dr.M.Tansley is a excellent Optometrist. I recommended him to all my family and friends. “Staff are always friendly and exceptionally nice, focused service, and looking out for you. When making an appointment, they often try to get you into a cancellation or find you options for the earliest time possible. The doctors themselves are professional but still easy going, courteous, and informative. I've been coming here since I was a child and I cannot think of going to any other optometrist office.”
