Best cleaning I’ve had! The hygienist took the time to explain things and I feel like I finally understand how/why flossing is so important. Actually looking forward to my next appointment. Solid 5/5, I recommend. 🪥 🪥🪥 🪥 🪥

Absolutely pleased with my 3 year olds visit to this dentist! although my son was VERY fussy and giving them a hard time, they worked with him, gave him breaks to calm down, reassured him that everything is OK and were so patient with him! 5 stars! would definitely recommend, also the front desk lady is very polite and gave my son a snack! thank you guys so much for helping us

I just had one of the worst experiences of my life at this clinic!!!!!!! I was scheduled to have two fillings (one upper and one lower tooth) at 5:30 PM. I arrived on time but had to wait 30 minutes before my treatment even started. Dr. Mahmoud Mohamed barely spoke to me or explained anything during the appointment. After finishing the first filling, he simply left the room without saying anything, leaving me with his assistant, who could barely speak English. I’m also an immigrant and English is my third language, but a basic level of communication is essential in a medical setting. I asked the assistant to call the doctor back. After waiting again, he returned and I asked whether we would proceed with the second filling since my mouth was already numb. He told me the numbing wasn’t the same and that it would hurt, so it would be better to reschedule. I said OK, and he left the room again without giving me any instructions about when I could eat or drink. That was left to the assistant, who I struggled to communicate with. While I was still trying to understand the instructions, Dr. Mahmoud came back into the room, whispered something to the assistant, and left again. Then the assistant told me that Dr. Mahmoud now had time to do the second filling. At this point I was extremely confused. First he said it was better to wait and reschedule, and suddenly it was okay to do it right away? I tried to get clarification, but Dr. Mahmoud had already started treating another patient at the same time as me. So to summarize: I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, the doctor was treating another patient simultaneously, and he barely spoke or explained anything to me during the entire process. When I went to the reception desk to report the situation (since there seemed to be no management available), Dr. Mahmoud approached me and said that he wanted to do the second filling “as a favor.” I’m sorry, but I’m paying for a service here. There should be no “favor” involved. To conclude, I’m not even sure the first filling was done properly because nothing was explained to me. Instead, they just tried to get me to schedule another appointment. My mouth is still numb as I’m writing this review, and I had to look up post-filling instructions myself online.

My favourite dental clinic in Toronto. The staff and Doctors are very nice and knowledgeable. The procedure is quick and no pain. The location is very accessible. It’s right on Dundas and Jarvis.

I recently visited Brush Dental Clinic for a routine cleaning, and my experience was very disappointing. Before the appointment, I was clearly told that everything would be covered under my insurance. However, after the cleaning, they unexpectedly charged me additional fees, which felt very misleading. The cleaning itself was also not done properly. There was a lot of bleeding and my gums became swollen immediately after the procedure. My mouth had a bad smell for days, and my gums were painful for almost a week. This is the first time I’ve ever had such a poor experience after a dental cleaning. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend Brush Dental to anyone. The service quality, communication, and overall dental care were not up to standard.

VERRY DISAPPOINTED with the recent experience. THE RECEPTIONIST was unprofessional and rude, and the information provided was inaccurate. I called over 10 times after my consultation and never received a response. Before even checking my insurance properly, they immediately told me that nothing was covered and that I’d have to pay everything out of pocket. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially since my family and I have been loyal clients for years. We even traveled all the way to their new location, and honestly—it was not worth it. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this place.

I took my 3 year old grandson yesterday to Brush Dental to get his teeth cleaned and he really had a great experience. He wasn't afraid at all. All the ladies that work there and the Dentist treated him so good that he didn't cry or wasn't afraid at all. I highly recommend this place.

The hygienists are amazing, super kind and considerate!! Edit: the dentist that I previously didn't feel totally comfortable with no longer works here. I've met both of the new dentists, and they are both very kind, capable, gentle, and very good at what they do!! I always feel like I'm in very good hands here. Whenever I've had an issue with my teeth, they always manage to see me right away, too. That's very comforting. I have a huge fear of the dentist, but the way they've treated me and listened to me here at Brush has really helped me get over my fears. I initially came to Brush because of a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so glad I did— I also definitely recommend!!
