“Absolutely DO NOT let Shannon cut your hair. I had the worst hair cut I have ever had. I asked for layers and a trim. She asked if I wanted anything off the length which I tried no. I have no layer and she cut 6 inches off of my hair.”

“Butchered my nieces hair. Completely uneven, and looks like her hair is fried. The stylist did not listen to her at all when she said how much length she wanted taken off, which wasn’t much and they took over 4 inches when she asked for an inch off. Had to pay another stylist to fix it, I personally think a refund is in order but when she called to discuss her upset, they just stated “I’m sorry you feel that way about your experience”. The stylist is lucky I don’t know her name, cause you should not be doing hair. Go elsewhere if you like quality and customer satisfaction.”Read moreShow less

“I can't say enough great things about our visit today with Delaine. We didn't have an appointment and she was able to fit us in on very short notice. The haircut was for our 4 year old who usually isn't a fan of getting his haircut. She knew exactly how to speak to him to make him comfortable and also let my 2 year old play with some toys to keep him occupied. As a mom, things like this are not expected, but are super appreciated! The cut and fade she did was perfect. She's clearly very talented and professional. We will be back!
