“I have been going to Brow Queen Esthetics for almost 2 years now. Being honest; I was so insecure about my brows. I was SO nervous going into my first appointment because of anxiety, lack of confidence, and health issues related to my skin. I had booked in with Cait and from the moment I stepped into the salon; it felt like I was welcomed and made to feel at home and most importantly; safe. She knew about my skin condition when no one else did and knew what to do and what not to do. I was blown away as I was still navigating through learning the news of me having this condition. I had told Cait that I was nervous because I was very self conscious about my eyebrows but she assured me and made me feel safe. From that moment on, I have not stopped going to see her and probably won’t ever stop. I have never laughed so hard during a Brazilian wax as a distraction, felt more confident and more beautiful before having gone to her. I’ve had almost every service done with her and she goes above and beyond and more every appointment. “I had been searching for a while to find someone I could truly stick with long-term. A friend recommended Cait to me, and I can honestly say I’ll never go to anyone else. She has such a loving soul and always makes me feel safe and heard whenever I’m there. I’ve been to many esthetician's before, but she was the first one who really listened to me and said, “I got you, girl.” She goes above and beyond to make sure my eyebrows look amazing, and the waxing is always perfect. “I can safely say I have never laughed so hard while in such a... compromising position! From the moment I arrived, Cassie met me at the door with open arms and a vibe that says 'I’ve got you.' ​Cassie is the undisputed queen of estheticians. We took a 'business first' approach and dived straight into the Brazilian. Let’s be real: holding your knees to the heavens while someone tends to your 'undercarriage' is usually the peak of awkwardness, but Cassie’s non-judgmental wit and effortless charisma turned a chore into a comedy set. I felt completely at ease, and I have to say—the results are beautiful. We are talking marble-statue levels of smooth! ​After the heavy lifting was done, we transitioned to a different room for my eyebrow wax, which served as my official 'puppy reward' phase. I met her dachshund and my heart immediately melted—those big brown eyes and soft fur are the only post-wax therapy I ever want to receive. ​I’m walking taller today (partly because I’m aerodynamic now and partly because my brows look stellar). The Brow Queen Esthetics is truly the gift that keeps on giving! Cassie is a rare find—hilarious, charming, and a total master of her craft.
