Parking lot located on the side of the building on liberty street</p><h2>North Oshawa</h2><p>Home studio conveniently located near Harmony rd & 407</p><p>Free parking , Children Welcome</p><hr><h2> For Port Perry bookings on Sundays & Wednesday please send me a Dm or text or visit MY HOUSE OF LASHES to book online.</h2><p><u>PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING</u></p><p><u><br></u></p><p>The following clients are not candidates for permanent make up:</p><p>Are Pregnant or breastfeeding</p><p>Have dermatitis or psoriasis in the brow area or hairline</p><p>Undergoing Chemotherapy or radiation</p><p>Viral or bacterial infection</p><p>Currently taking Accutane</p><p>Any illness or treatment that would impede healing or weaken the immune system.</p><p>If you are planning on getting botox/Dysport please do so 2-3 weeks before your appointment.</p><p><br></p><p style="margin-left:20px;"> A $100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book and reserve your studio time , This amount will be deducted from your total and the remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment. Payment options are Etransfer, credit card or cash (preferred). There is no cancellation of appointments,(No exceptions).... please check your schedule and be sure you are able to attend your appointment, on time. </p><p>48 hours notice is required for rescheduling, 1 time only, the deposit will be transferred to the next appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit to cover the empty time slot. </p><p>Rescheduling can be done in the confirmation email sent to you. Appointments run back to back if you are running more than 20 minutes late and there is another client scheduled after, you will be required to reschedule. </p><p>No shows/No call appointment are charged at 50% of the appointment cost. Reminder emails/texts were sent out in advance</p><p> Permanent Make up typically requires a touch up to achieve the best result. The first session may heal lighter and you may wish to book a touch up to add color, balance and perfect your result. You are responsible for booking your 4-6 week touch up (not included in the initial fee) . When Booking a 6-12 month or 12-18 month touch up please make sure your brows are faded enough. If you are unsure please send a clear photo through instagram DM. Please give yourself extra time to park at the downtown location. </p><p>If you have previous work done by another artist please DM A CLEAR photo of your brows before booking to ensure I can work over the existing ink, then choose corrective work when booking. If you arrive at your appointment and have not sent a photo of your previous work and I cannot fix them your deposit will used as a consultation fee.</p><p> If you are unsure as to which service you will need, don't worry.... I will help you decide at your initial appointment based on your skin type and desired look.
