“I have been going to In Touch for a few years now, mainly Tim, and I am beyond happy. I always leave feeling better! I love that Tim can do manual osteopathy as well! I tried the cranial sacral therapy for the first time, and it was not what I expected at all, it was even better! I was so incredibly relaxed, and I had the best sleep I have had in MONTHS!!! “When first entering the building it has such a warm and cozy feeling. The room itself has quiet music and is very inviting. Tim asks pertinent questions, makes sure that you are comfortable and explains first before he lightly does any alignment move. He is easy to talk to and you truly feel that you are in a safe place. “Both Kayla and Tim are amazing at what they do ! I developed a pinch nerve in my neck after having my son in summer of 2021. Going to both Kayla and Tim for monthly treatment they were able to fix it and it went away! I am forever grateful for both of them as they keep my body in tip top shape. “I have been seeing Kayla for a little more than a year. The very first visit I explained some nagging lower back pain. I feel she knew exactly what to do and I came out of that massage with less pain than I have had in a very long time. It is so easy to feel at ease with Kayla, she takes her time and never rushes you out when the massage is done, and the fact that she is extremely knowledgeable makes me confident in my choice to use her services. Her space is clean but as veery calming and welcoming, her heated massage bed is really something heavenly.
