“Kelvin was excellent. He started with a thorough Q&A to understand my background and the details of my recent groin injury. He then had me move my leg in different positions to properly assess the severity and identify the issue. He followed up with targeted treatment and showed me specific stretches to help with recovery. I was also given a clear set of exercises to continue at home.
