Amazing care!! Hema was so helpful with both her in house treatment as well as setting me up with ,and persistent i adhere to my exercise plan. With her help, my recovery from a shoulder injury was well beyond what I expected and my progression was much faster then I anticipated. They are so friendly right from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Thank you for helping me get back on track.

I just recently finished my treatment for back issues. I had been struggling with severe back pain in my spine and the muscles and wasn't functioning at all. I wasn't even able to lay flat so I couldn't even sleep in my own bed. I had to sleep in a recliner but still was struggling with the pain. I went to Brockville Physiotherapy (Hometown Physiotherapy) and even after the first appointment I felt so much relief. Mahima Nigam did a fabulous job. She was excellent at educating me about what she was doing and why. She let me know exactly what was going on with my back which I really appreciated. She is a polite and caring person and she really knew what she was doing. I am very thankful for her. I also find all the staff there very polite and friendly. I will definitely go back for any future problems I have and would recommend them to others. Thank you all the help in getting my life back on track. It's really nice to be able to function and sleep in my own bed again.

I was able to access Physiotherapy for a very long term inflammatory TMJ, paid by OHIP, a few week’s ago at Brockville Physiotherapy. Mahima explained the treatment very clearly to me with kindness. After my first session there was noticeable improvement. I was given a list of exercises and everything was explained. After my second session I am even more confident this pain will be healed. I have been without a Primary Care Physician for 6 years so I am deeply appreciative, thankful, and very positive all will be well. Thank you Mahima

Exceptional service. The team is knowledgeable and even more importantly, very caring. Your well being is important to them and they strive to provide the best treatment plan for your condition. I cannot say enough about Pria and Hometown Physio!

I had a really positive experience at Hometown Physiotherapy while being treated for a shoulder injury. The clinic is clean and inviting, and the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt well cared for and confident in the treatment I received. Highly recommend.

I am incredibly grateful to the team at Brockville Physiotherapy! I came to them following a complex work-related injury that involved four surgical interventions. Navigating a recovery this complicated is never easy, but the clinicians and staff here have been instrumental in my progress. My recovery involved several complex issues, all of which were met with extreme professionalism. The physiotherapists didn't just treat the symptoms; they actively worked to mitigate the setbacks and tailored their approach to ensure I could successfully return to work. The entire staff operates with a level of dedication and expertise that is rare to find. They made a difficult journey much more manageable, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone facing a serious or complicated injury. Thank you for helping me get my life back on track!

Priyanka and her team are very courteous and caring. The staff are well trained and know how to provide treatments beyond using TENS like machines. They explain exercises thoroughly and are ready to make modifications where required. Her front office staff is remarkable, Audrey knows every administrative angle there is, and is firm but compassionate. So happy to be a patient at this practice.

I recently had surgery and cast removed and went to this clinic for therapy. Mahima, the resident therapist, was amazing-she really helped me manage the stiffness and pain and work my way back to my range of motion. She was so pleasant, explained everything clearly, and always let me know what goals we were working toward. Overall, the clinic is very accommodating. Audrey at reception was wonderful and made sure my bookings were taken care of despite scheduling challenges. The rest of the team was also very helpful. Highly recommend this clinic!

While I would like to commend the receptionist for their compassion and professionalism, I was unfortunately disheartened by my interaction with the physiotherapist during my appointment at Brockville Hometown Physiotherapy for ongoing TMJ pain that has persisted for two months. During the assessment, I experienced significant pain and swelling, which led to some tears. The physiotherapist remarked, “Just cry and get over it.” When I attempted to explain that my tears were a manifestation of my prolonged pain and frustration, I was advised to seek support from a mental health professional. I let her know that my emotional response was directly related to my physical discomfort, not an indication of a need for mental health intervention. I also explained I am equipped with such resources. I exited the room for my appointment and the physiotherapist let me know that she wasn’t telling me that I couldn’t cry but did not address the comment made. While physiotherapists play a vital role in physical rehabilitation, they are not equipped to make determinations regarding mental health needs. This experience felt unprofessional and lacking in the compassion that is essential in a therapeutic setting. My benefits were charged before my service, which was different from any other practitioner I have ever attended for service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Brockville Hometown Physiotherapy.

OHIP is now offered for 19 and under, and 65+. Any patient with post surgery excluding total hip replacement and total knee replacement is applicable for OHIP (any age which is wonderful) Every sports related injury I have had, has been either fixed, or significantly improved with the help and skills of Priyanka. Her diligence and attention to details about your injuries, but also about you as a patient is remarkable. The team here is so hard working. This is by far, the most amazing Physiotherapy clinic in Brockville. Please consider booking an appointment here. The staff is lovely and is eager to help. Thank you Priyanka and staff!
