“59 yrs young and first time working with a Chiropractor so I was a little apprehensive however with the pain in my middle back I knew I needed some help after recently starting to exercise again (didn't help that I've been working from home these past couple years). Gord and the team were excellent! Gord was able to do some minor adjustments + provided me guidance on stretches I should do as I "re-awaken" muscles I haven't used in years to begin getting back in shape + suggestion on exercises and home office tools I could use at home *with obligation or sales pitch to buy from him). If you haven't done this before (like me), Gord and team work with you to help you be comfortable and I highly recommend engaging them to help you! Also, because this was just before Christmas, and the office would be closed over the holidays, Gord worked with me on how to use a TENS machine over the holidays to deal with muscle spams until I could see him the new year. For my situation this was applicable and demonstrated to me that Gord and team were interested more in my wellbeing versus chasing the almighty $$$ for repeat visits or selling me "tools" to do this. It's been a month since my first visit and my back is in much better health (no more back pain!). As I continue this journey to begin working on other areas, if I have discomfort I will be sure to call upon Gord and team for their expertise and further assistance as I get my sorry butt back into decent shape!”Read moreShow less
