“I have been going to this dental office since 1985. They have always treated me so well whether it be for regular cleanings or any dental work like fillings, root canals, crowns, etc. Recently I had an issue with an old gold crown. I went in to see Dr. Turnbull and he smoothed the crown and said it didn't need any more work at the moment. The tooth and crown feel great and I cannot express how much I appreciate this non-invasive approach. Definitely a consistent 5 star for this dental office!”Read moreShow less

“While staff was nice, they seemed to be in a rush. Got two fillings done, they are jagged and rough, and have only gotten worse since. I had a couple fillings as a kid and they were always as seamless and smooth, nothing like what I'm having to deal with now. I would not go back here again. Edit: it's gotten worse. A piece fell out! Not even sure if it was filling or tooth. Going somewhere else to get it fixed, properly. I wish I could give a 0 star rating.”Read moreShow less

“READ IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT COMING TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE If I could give this dentist office a 0 star rating I would. Several years ago my Mom came here for what she thought would be a regular root canal done by “Dr” Rick Turnball. Let me first say before even leaving the dentist office after the procedure no X-rays or further exams were done to make sure the procedure was done correctly. A few days after the root canal my Mom felt extreme mouth pain and her gums began to turn black. Turnball brushed off all of my Mom’s very concerning questions along with pictures and he told her everything was “fine”. She went to a doctor for a second opinion and he was shocked that this dentist thought everything was “fine”. She spent years going through multiple surgeries including one where her hip bone would have to be put in her mouth because the root canal this horrible dentist did caused her whole upper palate to rot and die. She lost 5 front teeth due to “Dr” Rick Turnball not following general procedure and failing to follow up after the root canal was finished. I am shocked this “dentist” did not lose his practice in dentistry because he honestly should have. Boycott this place and this “dentist” at all costs. He is not worth your time, money, and the consequences that have to be paid both mentally and physically due to his obvious unprofessionalism. I HATE YOU Rick Turnball for everything you put my family through while I was growing up we never deserved any of that. “Everyone that works there is so kind, understanding, and friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by Lee, and she was beyond wonderful. Dr. Dreger is very gentle, and checked that I was comfortable several times during my procedure. The front desk staff are always very pleasant and take time to help book future visits. “Went to get tooth pulled, told $150 billed 255 plus 45 for exam 72 for xray because they break treatments down into components so they can charge more, so $150 roughly is $372 in reality, was no exam. Tooth pieces were left in, and when i went for my scheduled appointment after a week of pain was left to sit in my car for 40 minutes waiting for a call that didnt come in, and left a message that didnt get returned.”Read moreShow less
