“Best concussion therapy you can access in Ottawa. Dr Lawrence utilizes computerized methods to evaluate balance and vision, which often are affected due to concussions. His techniques get at the core of the brain connections and restore brain function. I am beyond grateful for having been able to participate in this rehabilitation program. Other practitioners advertised concussion rehabilitation but assessments were not quantifiable and were subjective and treatment was out of sequence and not effective. Pencil push ups, which everyone seems to recommend, are not appropriate as a starting point in most cases. Medications such as anti depressants do not help the brain heal. Dr Lawrence has helped my brain heal more substantially than any other therapies that I have tried. If you want to have a chance to recover who you were prior to your injury, this is the place to do it.”Read moreShow less

“Our daughter suffered a concussion while playing competitive hockey. After visiting other clinics with minimal success we were recommended to visit Dr. Lawrence. He was able to provide a clear plan and rehabilitation plan and we can not be more happy with his processes and results. “I’ve been meaning to write this for awhile… But this is absolutely a life changing clinic, not only the staff and Dr. Eric Guillemette are super accommodating but what makes them stand out from countless doctors I have been through is their thorough detail of compiling tests and actually finding the root causes and finding sustainable solutions is incredible! For years I have been fighting with post concussion symptoms and migraines crippled my life to where I had just thought this was how my life was going to be like but with the help Dr. Eric Guillemette I have been able to manage my symptoms and heal parts of my brain and cognitive learning that prohibited my life… I’m not saying I’m fully healed however I have been able to manage my symptoms and strategize on cognitive thinking that takes me a few minutes (like to process emotions or tough questions) because of the help of Dr. Eric Guillemette and the clinic I have weaned myself off of all my migraine medication, manage my symptoms and build better systems so I once live the free spirited lifestyle I had before, it will never be the same but I now have the freedom back I have always dreamed of having back. “I have been a patient at Broadview Spine and Health for 8 years now and recently just "graduated" from their brain based therapy. I had been seeing Dr. Lawrence for neurology due to multiple severe concussions. It is truly incredible the amazing things they can do here and how such small targeted treatments truly make the world of difference. So many things you thought was normal may not be and the stay here are want nothing but the best for clients. If yourself, a loved one or friends have had a serious head injury I would recommend through and through to go to this clinic and get checked out. “Went to this clinic for assessment and treatment of post concussion syndrome by Dr Guillemette 18 months after a car accident. The testing was very thorough and though it wiped me out for 2-3 weeks it was worth it to see all the information. I was uncertain after the appointment if this was going to work for me but after just 2 weeks it was a complete game changer. We noticed significant changes in just that short time.
