“I definitely don’t recommend Broadmead Lodge, especially their advanced dementia unit. My uncle Chris who had advanced dementia walked out of their secured units and right through the front door. On November 30 2024 he was found dead. 1 week later to the date. He died from extreme hypothermia. So please really question the security of this unit as they have not secured any of the malfunctions that they had the day he went missing. As a family we thought broadmead care home on Chatterton Way. would keep our uncle Safe , but unfortunately, we were very wrong. Please really consider leaving your loved ones in the care of Broadmead care. I would hate for you to be in the same situation as us. Without my uncle.”
