“I am extremely disappointed with the service we received today from KARAN. When we arrived, the owner was not present. Karan was busy doing so-called “computer work” and asked us to wait for 15 -20 mins. Her attitude from the beginning made it very clear that she did not want to assist us, especially since we usually ask for her service. Eventually, she called my mom and did our eyebrows. At that moment, we did not realize how badly the work had been done. However, once we got home and looked properly, we were shocked to see that both my mom’s eyebrows and mine were completely messed up. This felt very unprofessional and careless. Sadly, it seems KARAN only works properly when the owner is present and pretends to be sweet and attentive. Today, her behavior and work showed the complete opposite. We genuinely feel that she was not in the mood to work and intentionally rushed through our service, which resulted in a terrible outcome. As regular customers, we did not expect this treatment at all. My mom and I have been loyal customers for the past 2 years. The owner is wonderful, but KARAN did really bad and experience was disappointing.”

“I had worst experience at this salon. Came to this salon for first time. I have shown the lady the haircut i want , she said she can exactly do that but i didn’t get same haircut. The people there are not well trained and professional. They told me haircut charges $65 ( which is way more expensive than any other salon in Brampton). I asked her give eyebrow threading complementary in $65, she agreed to this offer but at end of cut, she asked me to pay $7 for threading. On negotiating, she said we can give u $2 discount . The staff mislead me. $2 discounts was embarrassing. They still charged in $5 for threading which was told free before. I don’t recommend this salon. The hair was not the way i want. The lady at reception was overly polite but this was just to bait the customer”

“This is a great unisex salon. I have been here multiple times. They have good customer service. The hairdresser for men are good. Yes it can be busy on weekends and better to take appointment. A little pricey but worth it.”
