Jo has been a godsend for my neck and bad posture. And when I messed up my knee, she was so wonderful. She's truly a gem, as are all the staff! Thank you Jo and everyone at Brentwood Physio!

Debbie is awesome answering the phone. Very pleasant to talk to. I was nervous not knowing really what to expect. Daniel was polite, friendly and listened to my concerns. All staff greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend this place. 5 stars for sure Keep up the good work!!!!

I’ve had physiotherapy before and I wasn’t a huge believer in it based on my past experiences. It took reaching a point where I felt I really needed help before I decided to give it another try. This clinic has been completely different. After just my initial assessment/treatment complete with needling. I was impressed by how knowledgeable, practical and effective the team at the clinic was. Right down to the person answering the phone when I made the appointment. Everything. There was a thorough evaluation, clear explanations and a treatment plan discussed. The clinic is friendly, organized and professional and I left feeling confident that I’m in good hands. I highly recommend them.

Have a hamstring injury that Grace helped with. Funny how getting stabbed with a needle hurts (jolts like licking a plug wire on a slant six dodge - 25,000 volts - but low amps) - but actually really helps with recovery.

I have had an amazing experience at Brentwood physio. I saw Parmeet for pelvic floor physio after the birth of my second child for roughly 4 months of treatment. After having a previous subpar experience with a different pelvic floor physiotherapist at another clinic I was a bit apprehensive on seeing another pelvic floor physiotherapist. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with how thorough, professional and knowledgeable Parmeet was throughout my entire treatment. She did an in depth assessment, worked with me to set goals and created a treatment plan that was easy to understand and helped me see results. As for the clinic, the staff were phenomenal; even tried to help soothe my crying baby so I could complete my session. They are always warm and welcoming, the clinic is clean and inviting, and I cannot recommend Parmeet and Brentwood Physio enough.

I was very impressed with the staff at Brentwood Physiotherapy. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, almost like being part of a family. I attended six physiotherapy sessions following my hip replacement and really appreciated the experience. I especially liked being part of a group with others who had also undergone surgery, which made the sessions more encouraging and interactive. Daniel did an excellent job leading the sessions, particularly with seniors who enjoy sharing a bit of humor along the way.

The Northmount Dr is small, dirty, and smelly. I would rate my therapist as poor. A 5 out of 10. They charge $135 for first visit, and $120 per repeat. Other places charge $120 for first with $90 per hour repeat. The glowing reviews must be for other locations. I recommend that you DO NOT go the Brentwood location.

This has nothing to do with the quality of their work as physios, as I am sure they are great based on their reviews. It is because of those reviews that I came in. Unfortunately, when I showed up for my appointment, they told me that they didn’t have me scheduled, and that they made a mistake. It is a shame as one takes the time out of their day and looks forward to this appointment, to be told that this didn’t only happen to me but to others. Again, I am confident that they are very good at what they do. They were very nice about it and apologetic. But they really need to set up a better scheduling system to not have this be repeated again. A shame that this happened.

I went for pelvic floor work with Parmeet. She's extremely knowledgeable. She help me become aware of which muscles were not functioning in my body and gave me stretches and strengthening exercises to balance out my body again. She deals with everything from the pelvic floor to the diaphragm. I am a John F Barnes Myofascial Release Therapist and I have been treating my c section scar on my own as well as having treatments in the US for it but I don't have anyone to help me here. It was great to have Parmeet 's knowledge and understanding of the pelvic floor to help me on my journey.

My surgeon/specialist recommended pelvic floor therapy not related to ED or prostate issues. After researching clinics and therapists, I found Brentwood has a therapist well versed in pelvic floor therapy. I’m very impressed with my therapist Parmeet after just a few sessions and the ongoing education she provides for me to achieve my recovery goals. Men!! Pelvic floor therapy is not just a female issue.
