“Not even a one star. I booked this place in the past and specifically for a deep tissue massage, but the service itself was not deep tissue at all and was very disappointing. Last week i booked them again to give it a go again with this place. Booked it the night before but on the day of the appointment, I had an emergency and tried calling multiple times to let them know I couldn’t make it. No one answered the phone. Despite that, I was charged $140 on my Visa for a service I never even received. Since then, I’ve also called twice to try and reschedule or speak to someone, and again nobody answers. Extremely poor customer service and communication. As a business owner myself, this is not the way to run a business. Charging clients while being impossible to reach is unacceptable. Overall, horrible service and experience. Avoid this place. Update! No one has still CONTACTED me over the phone or email.”

“This place is 10/10. I have been coming here for a few years now. It was first recommended by a coworker and i have never been to another place since then. Everyone here is professional and really has expertise in what they do. Every time i have been for a pain or discomfort, I never left this place without feeling the best. All the girls are amazing and has been very kind and considerate while helping me. I also had my first male therapist massage today by Michael Kissner and he did a marvellous job!! He guided me through the process and made sure i am comfortable the whole time. I will not stop appreciating their service and will definitely recommend it to my family and friends!! ❤️”

“I had severe shoulder and neck pain for over a week when I booked my massage with Natalie, and I’m so glad I did. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days, and Natalie was amazing from start to finish. She quickly understood exactly where the pain and tension were and focused on those areas as we discussed. I felt noticeably lighter right after the session, and just a few days later, the pain is almost completely gone. The place itself was very clean and cozy, and I really liked the calm, relaxing ambiance. Highly recommend!”

“I love Brantford Therapeutic Massage. The staff is always so kind and talented, and I’ve had many great massages here over the years. The space is clean, serene, and beautifully decorated, with great parking and super easy online booking. Lately though… hands down the best massages I’ve ever received — pun absolutely intended. I walked in feeling like an anxious, stiff, old ball of stress and walked out wondering if I’d secretly been upgraded to a newer model. The effects lasted for days… like “who is this girl?” kind of days. Michael was my massage therapist. Now, I would love to gatekeep Michael for myself… but I simply can’t gatekeep that level of talent. He is incredible. I’ll be honest — when he brought out some of the tools, I had a brief “am I about to be fixed or assembled?” moment 😂 — and i almost said no thanks. That would have been my loss bc he 100% knows what he’s doing and has truly mastered the tools of his trade. He focuses on actually treating where you’re holding pain, not just watching the clock. My neck hasn’t moved this freely in ages. And even more impressive — my plantar fasciitis actually improved… which I had fully accepted as part of my personality at this point. If you’re even thinking about booking — do it. Your body will thank you, your feet will thank you, and you might just leave feeling like a brand new girl.”

“Such a great location. Plenty of parking, private rooms and always very clean.Rooms are calming and decorated nicely. Clinic is bigger than it looks. Massage therapist are always respectful and kind. Always use the right pressure and feel so much better when massage is done. Highly recommend this clinic and any one of the masseuses.”
