“Consuelo is genuinely wonderful and knowledgeable! I came with months and months of pain in my ankles and pelvic and there is progress i see just after 2 sessions with her. I am hoping to see her more and be pain free soon. I had gone through so many different physios, osteopaths etc. but i definitely see more progress with Consuelo than anyone else I had gone to. “Cons is an excellent osteopath. I initially came to cons for lower back pain and hip pain , I wasn't even walking straight. After multiple visits at physiotherapy and acupressure I had lost hope. After one session with Cons I was already 70 percent better. I kept coming and rest assured I am feeling perfectly fine. Really grateful to Cons and can't recommend enough to everyone. “Consuelo was highly recommended by a friend. I have seen multiple medical practioners in the past, osteopaths, ayurvedic practitioners and chiropractors for several musculoskeletal issues. I contacted Cons primarily due to the onset of pain in my groin area while I was being treated by another Osteopath. After my first visit, which included going over several of my imaging scans and history, the problem was resolved, also the muscle tension I have been experiencing in my neck improved and my range of motion in my neck was much better. After three treatments my neck feels much better. I have seen improvements in many other areas of my health – most importantly my tinnitus has reduced and my sleep has improved. Cons is informative and advised me on several aspects of lifestyle and on exercises – what to do and what NOT to do – which has complemented my healing journey.
