“I had the Dermablade Signature Facial with ORB LED with Emily. She took the time to understand the skin care concerns that brought me in for the facial. Once she started the facial, she assessed my skin and customized based on what she saw. She also told me about every step, why she was doing it, and what product she was using. “I had a facial and did not recieve the services listed on website. I did not recieve exfoliating or extractions which are so most important for a facial. The site says also arm and hand massage which only lasted 45 seconds on each side. The site said I would recieve a face lifting massage. When applying products, she only rubbed my face quickly for less than a minute per product. I've had many facials over the years but I feel I did not receive what I paid for. The girl giving my facial was kind and positive but needs a lot more guidance, supervision and training.”Read moreShow less
